BD Metal is a professionally equipped metal fabrication facility located in El Salam City, Cairo. Since our founding in 2012, we have grown into one of Egypt's trusted names in custom sheet metal processing, CNC fiber laser cutting, wire EDM tooling, and precision bending operations.

Our highly skilled engineering team works with a wide range of metals — including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialized alloys — to manufacture components that meet the most demanding industrial specifications. We serve clients across Cairo and all of Egypt, offering both prototype and high-volume production runs.

Our factory is located at Plot 14, Hossam El-Deen Abu Ragab Street, El Salam City — behind Galaxy Pharmaceuticals, next to Farha Garments Factory.
